Obituary for Ellie Sue Henry (Downs) Ellie Sue Henry, 85, a resident of Clinton, went to her eternal home on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Visitation will be on Monday, January 7, 2019 at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc., Zachary from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Plank Road Baptist Church, Slaughter, from 10:00 am until service time at 12:00 pm conducted by Rev.

Bernie Schmidt. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Sue is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Henry, sons, Leland Bryce Henry and Wesley Henry, sisters, Reba Nell Ikey and Janie Hopson and brothers, Jimmy Downs and wife, Barbara and Ray Downs.

Sue is preceded in death by her husband, William Leland Henry, parents, Deola and Richard Downs, son, Calvin Henry and brother, Olen Lee Downs.
