HOOKSETT – Elliot J. Shipley, 44, of Hooksett, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at his residence. Born on July 9, 1974 in Providence, RI, he was the son of Dennis Shipley of Warwick, RI and Susan (Kingston) Shipley of Hooksett. Elliot relocated from Rhode Island to New Hampshire with his family at the age of 5.

He was educated in the local Manchester schools and worked many years as a painter for several different contractors. He enjoyed playing golf and watching sports of all kinds, including Nascar. Besides his parents, he is survived by his biological son Roman Latullippe; siblings, Julianne Shipley of Hooksett and Vincent Grasso and his wife Amy of Barnstead; and his nieces and nephews, Keandre, Mia, Nathaniel, Cullen and Caleb.
