Elmer Lee Williams January 25, 1930 – December 27, 2018 Elmer Lee Williams, 88, passed away peacefully December 27, 2018. Elmer was born in Howe, Oklahoma on January 25, 1930 to John and Mary (McKay) Williams. Elmer served his country proudly in the United States Army and was also a retired welder.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marcella; his precious granddaughter, Jamie Graham; his parents and his brother, Bill Williams. Elmer is survived by his children: Carolyn Pennington (Mike), Gary Williams, Norma Elkins (Randy); grandchildren: Scott Pennington (Alycia), Brett Pennington (Amy), Ethan Williams, Gage Williams and Treba Shyers; great-grandchildren: Cameron, Chapman, Sydney, Caden, Ty, Isaak, Carter and Maya; sister: Faye Long. Viewing will be held at Olivet Baptist Church, one hour prior to service.

Burial will follow at Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery, Sand Springs.
