Obituary Service Details Elois J. Fox, age 87, of Newton, passed away at 3:40 PM on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Aperion Care in Olney. Celebration of Life service will be 3 PM on Saturday, November 10, 2018 in the chapel of Thrasher Family Funeral Home in Olney. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.

Pastor Gary Wachtel will be officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded. Elois was born on October 16, 1931 in Crayne, KY.

She later married Donald Fox in 1976 in Chicago. He survives. She worked as a bank teller until she retired.

She was a Methodist by faith. She will be sadly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. Elois is survived by her husband Donald Fox; son Steve Cooley; 2 brothers-in-law Ronald Fox and Joe Fox (Hong); sister-in-law Connie Murdock (Pete); and 3 grandchildren Steven, Heather, and Bradford.
