Elsa A. Castro, 88, of Safety Harbor, FL, formerly of Santo Domingo, DR, passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019. Elsa was born on January 21, 1931 in Santo Domingo, DR. Survived by her loving children:Luis E. Pimentel, Elpidio O. Pimentel, Ana A. Pimentel, and Elsa L. Holloway; 11 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren,and sister Minerva Castra.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 6 pm on Tuesday, Feb 12 at Calvary Church, 110 N. McMullen Booth Rd. in Clearwater, FL. Visitation and burial will take place in Santo Domingo, DR at a later date.
