Obituary for Elsa Branstrom Elsa Vera Branstrom, age 78 of Golden Valley, passed away surrounded by family and friends on June 26, 2018. In June of 1963 Elsa married John Branstrom, they were married for 55 years. Friends will remember how she loved her dogs, gardening, going to the lake, and spending time with her family who meant the world to her.

Elsa was preceded in death by her parents, Evert and Vera. She will be missed by her husband of 55 years, John, sons, Tom and Dave (Sue), grandson, Mike (Nikki), great-grandson, Jaden, very special friend, Marlys LaVold, her dog, Casey, and many loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 11 at 11 AM with a visitation at 10 AM at Calvary Lutheran Church, 7520 Golden Valley Rd.
