Obituary for Elsie Mae Owens Quinn Mrs. Elsie Mae Owens Quinn, age 77, of Rome passed away Friday November 9, 2018 at her residence. Mrs. Quinn was born January 26, 1941 in Floyd County a daughter of the late Henry Owens, and Cora Woods Owens. She was a member of North Rome Church of God.

She was preceded in death by brothers, Clayton “Clyde” Owens, R.D. Owens, sister, Mildred Pope. Survivors include son, Eric (Cindy) Quinn, Rome; daughter, Sabrina Quinn, , Special friend Stephen Miller; special brother, Ralph Owens, Donald Owens, sister, Shirley Perren, grandchildren, Erica (fiancé Nate Edwards) Quinn, Jeremy Quinn, great grandchildren, Raylan Sunday, Levi Sunday, special nephew, Carlton Geens, several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Tuesday November 13, 2018 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev.

Phil Perren, officiating, eulogy by grandson, Jeremy Quinn. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Tuesday November 13, 2018 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Ave.

Rome, Ga. 30165. Pallbearers include, Nate Edwards, Stephen Miller, Ronnie Quinn, Horace Quinn, Ronnie Owens, and Timothy Perren.
