Elvira Quiroz, 89 of Ocoee, Florida passed away January 29, 2019. Mrs. Quiroz was born September 22, 1929 in Lambayeque, Peru to Porfirio and Josefa Quiroz. She is survived by her loving husband Jose Leonides Portugal Flores and many family and friends.

Services with be held February 3, 2019 at our Ocoee Chapel as followed; Viewing from 4pm to 6pm, Prayer Service from 6pm to 7pm, followed by a Reception from 7pm to 9pm.
