Emery’s Obituary Mr. Emery Scott, Sr., 89, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019 at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas. Funeral services for Mr. Scott will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Paradise Baptist Church, located at 4390 Fannett Road, Beaumont, Texas 77705 with burial to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas under the directions of Mercy Funeral Home. A public viewing will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel and on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the church.

His love and memories will forever remain in the hearts of his children, Emery Scott, Jr. (Ethel), Essie Andes (John), Frances Thomas (John), Henrinetta Leger, Laura Crossley (Walter) and Sharon Charles all Beaumont, Texas and Perry Scott (Sharon) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; thirty-four grandchildren; sixty-one great-grandchildren; thirty-eight great-great-grandchildren; and a host of others relatives and friends.
