Emily Jean Collins, 80, of Zanesville, passed away June 3, 2018 at Genesis Hospital. She was born September 8, 1937 in Zanesville, OH, daughter of the late, Robert Hunter and Virginia Conrad Hunter. She retired from Lear Corporation after several years of service.

Her hobbies were sewing and decorating cakes. She is survived by her husband, Robert Gus Collins; son, Dan (Cheryl) Collins; daughters, Kathy (John) Mayle, Lorena Tom, Kim (Jeff Hoffman) Collins; brothers, Richard Hunter, James (Eileen) Hunter; ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Stine; grandson, Daniel Hillis Collins; sisters-in-law, Jean Vandivier and Betty Hunter.

Calling hours will be held 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will take place at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park. To sign the online guestbook please visit www.
