Emmett Patrick Kinsella, 94, of Wickliffe, passed away on February 1, 2019 in Mayfield Hts. A graveside service and burial will be held 1PM Friday February 15, 2019 at Crown Hill Cemetery with a priest from Mt. Carmel, officiating.

Arrangements are by Monreal Funeral Home. Emmett was born in Cleveland to Rose Kinsella (nee Fennick) and Edward Kinsella on January 24, 1925. He went to school in Cleveland.

He married Margaret Rose Kinsella (nee Reynolds) on October 5, 1946 in Cleveland. He worked as a Supervisory Computer Operator for the US Department of Defense for 38 years. He was a veteran of WWII and served in the Army and was awarded an EAME Theater Ribbon w/5 Bronze Stars and a Good Conduct Ribbon.

Emmett is preceded in death by wife Margaret and sonMichael. Emmett is survived by son Patrick (wife Lynne Kinsella), daughter Kathleen, sister Noreen Lopez, grandson Kevin Kinsella (wife Michelle Kinsella), granddaughter Stacey Kinsella, great granddaughter Maggie and Abigail Kinsella, great grandson Ryan Kinsella, step-grandson Chris Lattanzio, step-granddaughter Alyssa Lattanzio, nephew Jack and David Lopez and niece Devon Lopez. The family of Emmett wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the nurses and other medical personnel who took such good care of Emmett in the Hillcrest Hospital Intensive Care Unit, and Seidman Tower 5th floor.
