Milton, NC – It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Ms. Erma Diane Harrell Turner 67, of 364 Hamlett Rd. Milton, NC, who died Saturday, October 10, 2018 . She was the daughter of Della Carver Harrell and the late Roy L. Harrell Sr., born March 3, 1951 in Baltimore, MD.

She was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church and was a employee of Maryland Transit Authority before retirement. She was married to Barry Turner who preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Mary Elizabeth Ferguson. Her survivors are mother, Della Carver Harrell of Milton, NC; one son, Darnell Harrell of Baltimore, MD; two daughters, Donna D. Ricks and Angel S. Watkins both of Baltimore, MD; three brothers, James Carver, Kenneth Harrell both of Baltimore, MD, and Roy Harrell Jr. ( Gwen ) of Pelham, NC; 18 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; two best friends, Janette Neely of Baltimore, MD and Linda Royster of Milton, NC; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
