Obituary for Ernesto Soto Ernesto Soto, a longtime resident of Beacon, entered into rest on December 3, 2018 at his home. He was 61 years old. Ernesto was born in Añasco, Puerto Rico on July 19, 1957.

He was the son of the late Pedro Soto and Juanita Sanchez. On December 15, 1996 Ernesto married the former Maria Lourdes. Maria survives at home.

Ernesto worked at Chemprene, Inc. in Beacon. He was a member of the Church of God in Glenham. In addition to his wife, Ernesto is survived by his children, Rebeca, Samuel, Ernesto and Alicia; his sisters, Lucy Soto, Rosalia Soto and Bernabe Soto; his many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, December 4 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Church of God, 74 Old Glenham Road, Glenham. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 5 at 10 a.m. at the church. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, 375 Washington Avenue, Beacon.
