Estalla’s Obituary ESTELLA LOUISE TROY, WAS BORN SEPTEMBER 9, 1955 TO ELIZABETH AND WILLIAM TROY; SHE WAS THE FOURTH OLDEST OF EIGHT CHILDREN. SHE WAS BORN IN DETROIT, MICHIGAN AND WAS VERY PROUD OF WHERE SHE CAME FROM. SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND; MARVIN WATERS, PARENTS; ELIZABETH AND WILLIAM TROY, SON; KEVIN TROY, AND SIBLINGS; VICTORIA TROY, RICHARD TROY, AND CYNTHIA TROY.

ESTELLA LOVED HER FAMILY UNCONDITIONALLY, AND WOULD GIVE HER LAST TO THE ONES SHE LOVED. SHE HAD A VERY SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP WITH HER GRANDCHILDREN WHOM SHE OFTEN REFERRED TO AS HER OWN CHILDREN. SHE LOVED LISTENING TO MUSIC AND DANCING.

SHE WAS FULL OF LIFE AND ALWAYS LIVED IT TO FULLEST AND ON HER OWN TERMS. ESTELLA WATERS LIFE ON THIS EARTH ENDED ON FEBRUARY 4, 2019, BUT SHE WILL FOREVER LIVE ON IN ALL OF OUR HEARTS AND WILL TRULY FOREVER BE MISSED. ESTELLA IS SURVIVED BY HER CHILDREN; ALICIA ELIZABETH TROY-DICUS AND CHRISTOPHER LAMONT TROY, TWO BROTHERS; WILLIAM AND VINCENT TROY, AND TWO SISTERS; MAXINE AND KIMBERLY, GRANDCHILDREN; CHARLYNN, TARASHEA, CHRISTOPHER, TERELLE, KENYATTA, KENEISHA, KAYLA, DEMEITRIUS AND DOMINIC, SON-IN-LAW; VIRGIL DICUS, FOUR GREAT GRANDCHILDREN AND A HOST OF NECIES AND NEPHEWS.
