Eugene Joseph Brudnowski, age 83, of Neshkoro, passed away on Friday January 25, 2019 at Patriot Place of Berlin. He was born on October 28, 1935 in Rockford, Il the son of Walter and Hedwig “Ida” (Czyzewski) Brudnowski. Eugene was a 1955 graduate of Westfield High School and later graduated from Milwaukee School of Engineering.

On May 17, 1958 he was united in marriage to Darlene Shurpit who preceded him in death in 2002. Eugene was an Industrial Engineer at various companies including Giddings and Lewis Medalist and later retired from that same profession. He loved to hunt and fish, read a good book or magazine, and was always looking for a good buy at a gun show, estate sale or auction.

Eugene was a member of St. James Catholic Parish of Neshkoro. He is survived by a brother, Walter (Rochelle) Brudnowski; children, Linda (Jim) Appollo, Laurie (Bob) Ferg, John (Cindy) Brudnowski, Fred (Phyllis) Brudnowski; grandchildren, Melissa (Calvinn) Greening, Andrea (Kurt Hoier) Murray, Kristina (Jim) Candlish, Joshua Budnowski, Robyn and Mikayla Ferg; and great-grandchildren, Emily, Levi, Noah, Alexa and Carter Greening, Kolina Candlish and Atley Brudnowski. Eugene was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

In place of flowers, a memorial has been established in Eugene’s memory. The family would like to thank Dr. Kohlenberg, Omro Care Center, Patriot Place of Berlin, and Hometown Hospice for their care and compassion showed to Eugene.
