OBITUARY Eunice Richard Anderson July 8, 1937 – December 10, 2018 Eunice Richard Anderson, age 81, resident of Columbus, went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 10, 2018. Graveside services are scheduled at Lakeview Memory Gardens Cemetery, Phenix City, Alabama on Thursday, December 13, 2018, 3 p.m. with Reverend Roger Morrison officiating, according to Striffler-Hamby, Phenix City, Alabama. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 12:30 p.m. till 2:30 p.m. Mrs. Anderson, daughter of the late William Green Richard and Lena Rea Hartley Richard, was born July 8, 1937 in Metcalfe, Georgia.

She was a homemaker and member of Cornerstone Church of God, loved sewing and cooking, especially for her children. Mrs. Anderson treasured her children and wanted them to love the Lord and follow through with salvation and baptism. She was always an upbeat and positive lady, always giving encouragement to others.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of over 63 years, Thermon Malone Anderson; a son, Thermon Mark Anderson; brothers, Clyde Richard, Albert Richard, and Frank Richard; and sisters, Odeliah Richard Brown, Gertrude Richard Waldo, and Lena Richard Murphy. Mrs. Anderson is survived by her sons, Gerald Anderson and his wife Aei, Wayne Anderson and his wife Rhonda, Rodney Anderson and his wife Glenda, Charles Anderson and his wife DuEnne, Eric Anderson, and Keith Anderson; daughter, Diane Anderson; sister, Alice Richard Morton; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; many other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Parkinson Foundation at www.
