Obituary Eva Belle Reed Catlett, 98 of Follansbee WV died peacefully on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Valley Hospice North in Steubenville, OH. Born on February 17, 1921 in Colliers, WV a daughter of the late Chill T. and Essie Davis Reed. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Chuck” Catlett, her son, Norman “Buzzy” Catlett and her brother, Joseph E. Reed.
