Obituary for Eva H. Clark Funeral services for Eva H. Clark, 90, of Frankfort, will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at LeCompte Johnson Taylor Funeral Home with burial to follow at Bagdad Cemetery. Kyle Wiley will officiate. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday until service time.
Eva spent many years as an office manager for the Kentucky Department of Transportation until retiring. She loved life and had many friends. A few of her favorite activities were playing cards, especially Rook, and shopping with her sister.
She also spent time volunteering at the Senior Citizens Center. Eva was the oldest member of Evergreen Baptist Church. Daughter of the late Margaret White and Ebben Martin Henry, she is preceded in death by her husbands, Arthur Thomas “Tommy” Clark, and Raymond Clark.
She is survived by her son, Michael T. (Linda) Clark, of Bagdad; grandchildren, Rebecca (Jamie) Gilpatrick, Shelbyville, Amanda (Kyle) Wiley, Bagdad, and John Michael (Krysten) Clark, Louisville; and sister, Mary Elizabeth Quire, of Frankfort. Pallbearers will be Michael Gilpatrick, Jamie Gilpatrick, Kara Wiley, Faith Wiley, Sean Gilpatrick, and Glen Stivers. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators, 2312 Alexandria Drive, Lexington, Kentucky, 40504, or a charity of your choice.
