Eveadean Lutz, 73, of Guilford, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. She was born August 1, 1944 in Kings Creek, Kentucky, daughter of the late Roosevelt and Freeda (Ingram) Ratliff. Eveadean enjoyed sewing, crafts and making lifelike dolls.

She loved being grandma. She worked as a Unit Clerk at Dearborn County Hospital. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Larry Lutz; 2 sons, Jeffery (wife Kris Schlemmer) Lutz of West Harrison, IN, Mike (wife Della Snook) Lutz of Guilford, IN; brother, Roosevelt Ratliff Jr. of Sunman, IN; 2 sisters, Tina Hann of Aurora, IN, Beverly Perry of Aurora, IN; 3 grandchildren, Kayla Lutz, Shelby Lutz, Cuyler Lutz.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roosevelt and Freeda Ratliff. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, July 14, 2018 from 11 am to 1 pm at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 1 pm, with Pastor Charlie Miller officiating.
