Evelyn Donna Tate Driver October 01, 1944 – February 20, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Evelyn Donna Tate Driver, age 74, a McMinnville, TN resident and Grundy County native was born October 1, 1944 and passed away February 20, 2019 in St. Thomas River Park Hospital. She was retired from Carrier Corporation and daughter of the late Joe Bradford and Kathryn Iola Tate. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children, Jack Allen Driver; brothers, Gary Tate and Joe Tate; and sister, Rose Marie Hillis.

Mrs. Driver is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Sky Driver of Morrison, TN; daughter, Donna Driver of Smyrna, TN; four grandchildren, Jacob Driver and Garret Driver both of McMinnville, Alexis Driver of Chattanooga, TN and Loren Hinshaw of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, Hubert and Leona Tate of Centertown; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 23, 2019 in High’s Chapel with Sammy Lee to officiate. Interment will follow in Bascom Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6:00 pm to 9:00 p.m. Friday and 8:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of service at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www. highfuneralhome.com High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
