Preator, age 82, of Edwards, Missouri passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018 at her home. She was born on November 30, 1936 in Denver, Colorado the daughter of Irving Lankerd and Anna Marie (Befus) Lankerd. She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister June Baugh.

Evelyn is survived by her husband Jack Preator, of the home, four children; Judi Neilson, of Edwards, Missouri, David Salazar, of Edwards, Barbie Salazar and Ken Salazar, and his wife Laura, of San Antonio, Texas, three step children; Jack “Butch” Preator, Jr. and his wife Kathy, of Cape Fair, Missouri, David Preator, and his wife Andrea, of Independence, Missouri and Brenda Vaughan, and her husband Allen, of Rayville, Missouri, one brother Larry Lankerd, and his wife Bonnie of Edwards, Missouri and one sister Joanne Rocky, of Denver, Colorado. Arrangements for her cremation are under the direction of the Reser Funeral Home, Warsaw.
