Bullard passed away Tuesday March 5, 2019 at home. Evelyn was born August 13, 1927 in Hampton, NE the daughter of Herbert and Mary (Logan) Vanhousen. She was a supervisor of Goodwill Industries and a member of Haven Reformed Church.
Evelyn was united in marriage on December 8 ,1945 to Glenn R. Bullard who preceded her in death on Dec 7th 1995. Also preceding her in death by two sons David and Robert Bullard; brother, Herbert VanHousen; three sisters, Lavonne Snyder, Eleanor Strotman, Willa Mae Burton; Grandson Frank Bullard. Surviving are three children, Laura Monday of Plainwell, Deborah Hebner of Parchment, Tonya (Gregory) Downs of Augusta; two sisters, Mary VanHausen, Mavis (Leo) Goertzen; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
Friends will be received 5:30pm – 7pm Friday March 8, 2019 at Parchment Redmond Funeral Home, 2300 East G Ave Parchment, Michigan 49004 where services will be held 10:30 am Saturday. Private interment will be in West Cooper Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice.
