Evelyn was born in Lansford, North Dakota on November 30, 1920. She entered Heavens Gates on January 22, 2019. Evelyn was one of four children born to John and Clara Zeitler.

Her three siblings have predeceased her, Lee, Marie and Lillian. Evelyn and her husband Ledge were long time volunteers at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center. Evelyn loved to dance and sew.

Over the years she fashioned many of her own outfits. Her daughter is very grateful for passing the love of Sewing on to her. Evelyn is survived by her husband of 36 Years Ledger Edward.

She is also survived by daughter, Meredith Lyn and her husband Robert (Bob); two grandchildren, Bryan Lee and Lisa Ann; and three great-grand children, Autumn, Elizabeth and Alexander. A Memorial Mass will be held February 16, 2019 at 12 Noon at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Chapel, San Pedro. A reception to celebrate Evelyn’s life will be held following the Mass from 2:00PM to 4:00PM at the Green Onion Mexican Restaurant, San Pedro.
