He is survived by his wife Oddie M. Hart; daughter, Tina Evans; grandson Teon M. Evans; A host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty M. Hart and Fairbanks Hart Sr. Family will receive friends on Monday, April 8, 2019 at Strickland Funeral Services, 6500 Allentown Road, Camp Springs, Maryland from 11 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 12 noon.

Interment, Maryland Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
