She welcomed me, cheerfully, into her classroom, and prepared me well for my teaching career. She was not only my mentor, but my friend. I had the privilege of teaching with her, as a colleague, years later.
It has been a long time since I last saw her, but I have many wonderful memories of what a wonderful person she was. Faith will forever be special to me. My prayers are with your whole family!

The last time I saw her was at a family baby shower. Before we left I remember giving her a big hug and telling her how much I loved her.
