Finas’ Obituary Mr. Finas Thomas was born on February 8, 1969 in Mound Bayou, Mississippi. He was the only child born to Finas Brownlee and Mary Ella Hall. Finas was affectionately called, “Butch” by his family, friends and co-workers.

His early education began in the Drew School District. He understood the need to continue his education, so he enrolled and graduated from the Mississippi Job Corps Center in Crystal Spring, Mississippi. Finas was employed with Mallette Furniture Company, where he served faithfully for 28 years.

He worked in various capacities within the company, as a delivery driver, furniture assembler and installer. Although, he was a quiet spoken young man, he met each customer with a smile and showed love and hospitality. He departed this life on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital in Greenwood, Mississippi.
