Florence Callaway Travis, 75, of Lonoke passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018. She was born December 19, 1942 in White Hall, Arkansas to the late Joel and Gertrude Callaway. She is preceded in death by her husband, Norwood Lewis (Charlie) Travis, and two brothers, Joe Callaway and Charlie Callaway.

Florence worked as a claims representative for State Farm and was a faithful member of Lonoke Baptist Church for 45 years. Florence is survived by her son, Lance Lewis Travis and wife, Stacia; daughter, DeeDee Travis; grandchildren, Ryan Travis and Lauren Travis; brothers, Leland Callaway, Clell Callaway and Willis Callaway; special pet, Sugar; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at Boyd Funeral Home on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be at Lonoke Baptist Church on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 11 a.m., followed by burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Lonoke Baptist Benevolence Fund, 406 W Front St., Lonoke, AR 72086.
