NORMAN, Floyd Jr. “Dude” Age 69 of Ross Township, formerly of Trotwood, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, June 14, 2018. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on June 22, 1948 to his parents Floyd “Dude”, Sr. & Elsie (Zimmer) Norman. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Anne Zimmer; and paternal grandmother, Ruth Galvin.

Dude is survived by his parents, Dude and Elsie; wife, Nikki Norman; sister, Pam (fiancé Steve Goad) Norman; former wife, Diana O’Neill; children,… Read More » Brian Norman, Chad (Angel White) Norman, Jennifer (fiancé John Renner) Richards, and Alexis Norman; 9 grandchildren, Baylee, Luke, Coy, Fallon, Avary, Payton, Easton, Beckett, and Hunter; and numerous other extended family and friends. Dude was a 1966 graduate of Trotwood Madison High School and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Bowling Green State University in 1970. He loved cooking, sports, gardening, and giving sound advice.

Dude was a loving and devoted, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be dearly missed. A memorial visitation will be held from 5-7 PM with memorial service to follow at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Rogers’ Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Trotwood, Ohio 45426.
