He was employed by Sunray DX Oil Company in Tulsa for many years. Grand Lake was no stranger to Floyd who loved spending time on the lake fishing. One could also find him riding his OSU Orange VW Trike on nice sunny days when he was not on the lake.

Floyd was an avid Ridgerunner Football Fan, passionately cheering on the team whether it be ‘good, bad, or ugly’, you could find him at his ‘spot’ at the South End zone at every home game! He was a family man who enjoyed time spent with his wife, children and grandchildren. Floyd will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and all those who knew him.

Floyd was preceded in death by his parents and his brother John Lewis. Left to carry on his legacy are the love of his life, best friend and wife Wanda; his beloved son Floyd Lewis and cherished daughters Patricia Wesley and husband Jason of Grove, and Michelle Lewis, Springfield, Missouri; and three precious grandchildren Logan Rice, Abby Wesley and Landon Rice, and another on the way. There will be a visitation for family, friends and acquaintances on Thursday May 2, 2019 from 5 – 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday May 3, 2019, both at Nichols-Stephens Funeral Home at 10201 US Highway 59 in Grove.
