He is preceded in death by his parents, grandma, (Belle Wolfe); and 3 brothers, Roger, Kenneth and Preston Boyd. Forest is survived by his loving wife Karen; children, Bobby Boyd and wife Deana, Forest Boyd, Jr., Shauna (Shores) Coppock, Terese Cozad; sister, Linda Kay Butler and husband Ray; grandchildren, Dustin, Brock, Monica, Chad, Shelby, and Samantha; 10 great grandchildren, his loving four legged kids, Sydney, Sophie and Sasha; His dearest friends Earl Cornish and Mary Graham; and many other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans or the American Legion. Visitation will be 1-8 Friday, December 28, 2018 with family receiving guests from 6-8 pm. Service to celebrate his life will be in the chapel of Buchanan Funeral Service at 2 pm, Saturday, December 29, 2018 with burial to follow at Bethany Cemetery.
