Winsted: Frances E. (Betty) Pagarulo 88, Passed on November 23, 2018. She was born on the farm January 18, 1930, in East Canaan, CT, the daughter of the late Lillian and Henry Cudney and raised by her grandmother, Jessie Hudson. She was predeceased by her husbands, Howard Nodine.

Albert Pagarulo, Edward Corey and her son, Howard Nodine, Jr. Survivors include five daughters, Patricia Hine, Marlene Nodine-Bottass, Karen Jones, Linda Pagarulo, Christine Donahue and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren (5 generations). Betty had worked as a waitress at the Valley Diner in Barkhamsted, and was the co-owner of Pag’s Laundry in Winsted, for several years, with her late husband Albert. She enjoyed crochetting, playing bingo, country western music, dancing and collecting cardinal ornaments, loved her cat “caesar”.

Burial will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Torrington on Saturday December 8, 2018 at: 10:00 AM.
