Obituary for M. Frances Escorsio ROCKLAND – M. Frances Escorsio, 91, died peacefully, Thursday, January 31, 2019, at the Knox Center for Long Term Care. Born in Camden, January 13, 1928, she was the daughter of Milton L. and Marjorie King Prescott. She attended Camden schools and was a 1946 graduate of Camden High School.

On October 8, 1948, she married John H. Escorsio in Camden. The couple made their home on Lawrence Street in Rockland, where they lived all their married lives and Frances lived until entering the Knox Center. Frances always made certain that her door was open for family and friends. Family was most important to Frances and she enjoyed being included in all their lives. For more than 24 years she worked as a Dietary Supervisor at Knox General Hospital and Pen Bay Medical Center, retiring in 1990.

She enjoyed many bus tour trips with her good friends Jane Dowling and Marie Hall. Another highlight was taking a Disney Cruise with her daughter and family, when they also visited Disney World. Other than her parents, Frances was pre-deceased by her husband John in 1988; her son-in-law whom she considered as a second son, David Jackson in 2004; a brother, George E. Prescott and a sister, Barbara M. Prescott.

Jackson and his companion Christina Holland of Rockland, Jennifer M. Jackson and her husband Al Arsenault of Westbrook, Christopher E. Escorsio of Sefner, FL, Matthew T.
