OBITUARY Frances Evelyn Tulino August 23, 1922 – September 18, 2018 FRANCES EVELYN (SMITH) TULINO 1922-2018 Frances Evelyn Tulino, 96, loving wife, mother, grandmother (Maca) and great grandmother, passed away peacefully in Palm Beach County, Florida with her children at her side on September 18, 2018. Born in Hattiesburg , Mississippi to parents Forest Godbold Smith and Cora Lee Melton Smith, she is survived by her three daughters, Faith Myer (John), Karen Marcus (Dennis) and Robin Thibault (Marc) and her Sister, Kathryn Smith Sears. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and four nieces and numerous grand nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph and her twin sister, Freddie and brothers Sidney and Forest Jr. After moving to Memphis, Tennessee and graduating from high school , Frances was courted by the love of her life Joseph, (married 67 years) They met at a USO dance in Memphis. Eventually they traveled the world while Joe was in marketing for Pratt and Whitney. Her greatest loves were her family.

She was the neighborhood Mom, always ready with the Tulino Tea and Charles Chips. She was bright, well read, artistic, feisty and loving. She taught her daughters to be strong and honest and caring.

She also dedicated herself to the Jehovah Witnesses. She spent time between her two homes in North Palm Beach where the family was one of the first 10 residents and in North Carolina. Frances (Maca) was a gracious southern belle and lived a wonderful life and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A Celebration of Life was attended by the family and no other services will be held.
