Frances’ Obituary Frances I. Tracy, age 77 of Monroe, WI passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019. She was born on February 3, 1942 in Freeport, IL to the late William and Katherine (Fenton) Epling. Fran married Rodney Tracy in 1958.

Rodney passed away in November of 2015. Fran enjoyed reading books, watching tv, working puzzles, gardening and most of all, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, Randy Tracy, Joe (Barb) Tracy and Ray (Dotti) Tracy; her daughter, Teresa (Dale) Hetherington; her sister, Sharon Huenefeld; her 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Raymond Epling, and Aunt Gwen Fenton. There will be a memorial service on Monday, March 11, 2019 in the Chapel of Peace at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens at 10:00 a.m. A memorial fund has been established.
