FRANCES L. PLUMMER, age 79, of Webberville went home to be with the Lord December 4, 2018. Born September 20, 1939, in Fennville, Michigan to Neil & Edith Vesper. Fran loved to cook and was an active supporter of the Livingston County 4-H.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Neil Jr and William Vesper and Son Robert Plummer Jr She is survived by her brothers Dale (Constance ) & Denny Vesper, sister Cinderella Warr, sons James & William (Brenda) Plummer, daughter Candy (Ken) Church, grandchildren William Jr & Dalayna Plummer and Hunter Church, great grandchildren Zachary and Addison,and her Significant Other Charles Howden. A memorial service will be held for Fran at the Bath Baptist Church in Bath, Michigan on Saturday December 8, 2018 at 12 P.M. with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.Family and friends are invited to attend lunch at the church following the service.

Cremation has taken place and internment will be in Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
