Francis “Frank” Gerald Yeager, 82, of Fond du Lac, went to the Lord on Friday, February 1, 2019, at Hospice Home of Hope surrounded by his loving wife Sally, his brother and family and friends from his new found home town of Fond du Lac. He was born on November 24, 1936, in Philadelphia, PA, the son of Francis Frederick Yeager and Anne Elizabeth Cammack (nee Yeager). Frank served in the United States Air Force from 1953 – 1959.

He moved from Delaware in 1977 to Alliance, NE with the Wilmington Electric Hose Company. He met and married Sally West. He later moved to Fond du Lac where he worked for Charter Communications.

Frank enjoyed his friends and Oasis family. Frank will be remembered for his sense of humor and his love for the Philadelphia Eagles. He is survived by his loving wife, Sally Yeager of Fond du Lac, his children: Terry Jenkins, Joseph Yeager and Kelly Yeager of Wilmington, DE; his stepdaughter, Sherri Alvarado and her children Haley, Karley and Billi of Alliance, NE, his brother, Robert Yeager of Tuscon, AZ, sister and brother-in-laws: Kay “Snookie” (Bob) Morris of Lincoln, NE, Lannie (Karen) Shelmadine of Alliance, NE, Shelly (Linus) Haines of Grand Island, NE, and his loving companion Duke.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Anne in 2005, and his sister, Claire Di Luzio in 2015. VISITATION: Friends may call on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel, 31 East Division Street, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel.

Cremation will follow the services. We would like to thank the staff at Hospice Home of Hope for the wonderful care they gave us. Thank you to Dave Simon for being like a brother to Frank.
