Francis Lugene “Luke” Lewis, age 91, passed away Tuesday morning, May 28, 2019 at Cox South Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri. He is survived by his wife, Mary Pauline Lewis of Lebanon; three sons, Ronnie Lewis of Lebanon, Jerry Mann and his wife, Aria, of Kansas City, Missouri, and Gene Lewis of Lebanon; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday morning at 10 a.m. at Holman-Howe Funeral home with burial in Lebanon Cemetery.
