OBITUARY Mr. Frank Almona March 10, 1946 – January 1, 2019 Frank Almona “Cheech” entered into eternal rest suddenly on January 1, 2019 at Mount Sinai Hospital of Queens, Astoria, New York, he was 72. Cheech was born in Astoria, New York on March 10, 1946 to Salvatore and Angelina Almona. He served his in the US Army from 1966 to 1972.

Beloved father of Gina Almona. Adored Grandpa Cheech to Leandra Rodriguez. Devoted companion of for 22 years to Olga Vlachos.

Cherished brother of the late Thomas Almona and his wife Mona. Cheech will be missed but he will live in our hearts for years to come. May he rest in peace.
