Frank’s Obituary Frank Daniels of Red Jacket, WV born on August 13, 1948 in Pike County, KY a son of the late Jason and Erma Lou Daniels passed away on Wednesday December 26, 2018 at his home. Frank was 70 years old. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Phyllis Daniels and a host of brothers and sisters.

Until Frank’s health failed he had worked in various capacities for Chambers Funeral Home of Matewan, WV along side the late William “Bill” and Kathleen Taylor. From being a grounds keeper to the funeral home, washing the funeral home vehicles and digging graves Frank was instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the funeral home. Frank had started attending church at the Newtown Pentecostal Church of Newtown, WV he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his sons Lee Daniels, Freddie Daniels, Joey Daniels, and Jay Daniels; daughter Sara Daniels Whitt; step children Warren Hurley, Marcy Yates and Lisa Hurley; brothers Gene Daniels, John Henry Daniels, Jason Daniels and Dale Long; sister Donna Jean and Helen; Frank is also survived by other brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday January 2, 2019 beginning at 12:00 p.m. at the Merrimac Cemetery of Merrimac, WV Pastor Randy Casey will officiate burial will immediately follow.
