FRANK DAVID COOPER, age 69 of Jamestown, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at his Home. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the COOPERTOWN CEMETERY.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 3, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. He is survived by his: Daughter, TAMMY COOK and husband JOHN Sons, JAMES COOPER and wife SOCORRO RICHARD COOPER Grandchildren, ZACHARY COOK and JESSICA ALEXANDER COOK and BETHANY BRADLEY COOK SHELBIE EDMONDS DAKOTA, CARMAN, LOGAN, BELLA, ZOE & SADIE COOPER Great-Grandchildren, GRACEN & THEODORE COOK ELIJAH SMITH LIAM EDMONDS Sisters, BETTY CRAVENS DEAN JOHNSON ORENE JOHNSON PEGGY LINDER ELAINE SMITHSON A HOST OF NIECES, NEPHEWS, OTHER FAMILY AND FRIENDS He is preceded in death by his: Father-WOODROW COOPER Mother-SADIE (CHOATE) COOPER Brother-WOODROW COOPER, JR.
