Frank’s Obituary Frank Edward Lowe, age 99, went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. Frank served in the U.S. Navy in the Pacific Theatre during WWII and during the Korean Conflict. He retired with 30 years of service with the rank of Chief Petty Officer.

He was a member of the Roberts United Methodist Church He was preceded in death by his wife, Beulah B. Lowe, father, Clarence E. Lowe, mother, “Neppie” Sutton Lowe, brothers, Robert Boyce and Fred W. Lowe, and sister, Ruth W. Lowe. He is survived by his son, Robert T. Lowe, grandchildren, Jennifer, Emily, and Robert T. Lowe, Jr., stepdaughter, Patti, sister, Betty (Charles) Seaton, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at Rawlings Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Rev.

Fred Heard will officiate. Burial will follow at Roberts United Methodist Church Cemetery.
