Obituary for Frank Junior Goins Funeral services for Frank Junior Goins, age 55, of Brownwood, Texas will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Heartland Funeral Home with Brian Hall officiating, Interment will follow at the Jordan Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Mr. Goins passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Brownwood Regional Medical Center.

Frank Junior was born on April 23, 1963 in Brownwood to James Bates and Ruby Lee Sanders Goins. He was a lifetime resident of Brownwood and attended the Haven of Hope Church. Survivors include his siblings Barbara Funderburg of Brownwood, Ellis Wayne Goins of Brownwood, Mary Ann Massey and husband Roy of San Angelo, Texas, Thercia Simpson and husband Bobby of Comanche, Texas, Estelle Campbell of Brownwood, Mary Belle Allison and husband Roy of Brownwood, Lonnie Carrol Goins and wife Corena of Bangs, Texas and by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents James Bates Goins, Ruby Lee Sanders Goins, Joe Perez, two brothers Carl and James Goins and a sister-in-law Sherri Salter.
