Frank Milton Pender, 76, of Bonneau, husband of Phyllis Anne Chambers Pender, passed away, Sunday, March 3, 2019. Frank was born January 30, 1943 in Charleston, a son of Charles Milton Pender and Vera Infinger Pender. A proud member of the Summerville High School Football Team, Frank was a beloved husband and father who enjoyed being outdoors hunting, fishing and camping.

He also enjoyed watching football and Nascar on television. Frank was a member of Bonneau Baptist Church and will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons- Randall Scott Pender of Ladson and Frank Troy Pender of Hollywood; one granddaughter- Francis “Frankie” Lynn Pender.

In addition to his parents, Frank was predeceased by two sisters- Sylvia Pender and Sally Pender and one brother- Zan Pender. The family will receive friends at Russell Funeral Chapel, Saturday evening March 9, 2019 from 5 to 7 o’clock. A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of Bonneau on Saturday March 16, 2019 from 4 to 6 o’clock.

There will be a reception to follow in the church social hall. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorials be made to the charity of one’s choice.
