Frank Zito Obituary Frank Zito, age 65, suddenly passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018, at Northern Westchester Hospital in NY. Frank was born October 4, 1953 in East Flatbush Brooklyn, NY. Frank worked as an Electrical Engineer with Grumman Aerospace.

Frank also worked for the U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Post Office. Frank was very generous as he devoted his time to his parish and neighborhood. He was a member of the Holy Name Society and the finance committee at St. Therese of Lisieux Church, a volunteer on the 67th Police Precinct Civilian Patrol Unit.

Most recently, Frank was a volunteer at Brooklyn’s Prospect Park where he planted trees and kept the gardens. Frank loved the simple things in life: Brooklyn, talking with his family and friends, spending time with family, going to NYC, going to concerts in the park, and going to the movies. Frank is survived by his brothers: Salvatore, James, John and his sister Josephine and her husband Daniel.

Frank is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews and many cousins. Family, friends, and acquaintances are invited to Frank J. Barone Funeral Home, 4502 Ave. D in Bklyn, NY, from 6pm – 9pm on Thursday, October 25, 2018 and from 2pm – 5pm and 6pm – 9pm, on Friday October 26, 2018, to reminisce, grieve and support each other.

A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 9:45am, at St. Therese of Lisieux Church, 4402 Ave. D in Bklyn, NY.
