Obituary of Frank E. Gariepy Mr. Frank E. Gariepy, 54, of Tidioute, formerly of Titusville, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019 in Tidioute. He was born in Titusville on May 12, 1965 to the late Frank E. Gariepy, Sr. and Maxine Delp Struchen. Frank worked at Titusville Supply as a truck driver and mechanic.

He was affectionately known as “Frank the Crank”. He had the biggest heart, and was the world’s best Dad. Frank was referred as, by Shane and Erin’s friends, the “coolest dad ever”.

He always welcomed all of his children’s friends into his home. Frank always managed to find the perfect balance between being the most amazing dad and your best friend. He was there to help anyone at any time; he could help you fix anything.

Frank enjoyed four wheeling, being at camp, and the outdoors. He was the most loveable husband and the king of compromise. He loved and was beloved by his Tidioute neighbors.

Frank was a social butterfly. He had the ability to make friends wherever he went. Frank had five fur babies, Spike, Squeek, Maybe, Reimi, and Hilde.

Also, Abi and Pico his grandfur babies. Frank and his loving wife, Kim, had a very special relationship over the twenty two wonderful years they had spent together. As busy as life got, they always spent “quality time” together every Friday night.

He is survived by his loving wife of twenty two years, Kim Buser of Tidioute; mother, Maxine Struchen of Titusville; a son, Shane Biltz, finace Anna and grandchildren Kaleb and Ellie of Titusville; according to his grandson, Kaleb, “Papa Frank is crazy”. Two daughters, Erin Biltz and partner Phillip Sims of Howard County, TX, and Kayla Boothe of Girard; five sisters, Alice Hiscox and fiance Ed of Titusville, Tracy Wood of Florida, Susan Suscheck and husband Mark of East Springfield, PA, Ashley Nirmaier and husband Rayne of Titusville, and Tammy Beers of Platea, PA; two brothers, David Gariepy and partner Kimberly Weber of Fairview, and Richard Struchen and wife Laura of Titusville; numerous nieces and nephews; a mother in law, Gayle Buser of Titusville; and two sister in laws, Kelly Weldon and husband Larry of Titusville, and Kristy Scouton and husband Rick of Harleysville, PA. Frank was preceded in death by his father; step mother, Peggy Gariepy; and father in law, Herk Buser.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 3pm at 68 Red Pine Lane Tidioute, PA 16351. Memorial contributions can be made to a local humane society or to a charity of one’s choice.
