Franklin L. “Bud” Johnson, 98, of Rockford, passed away Sunday, September 9, 2018. He was born September 5, 1920, in Rockford, Illinois, the son of Leonard and Anna (Heikes) Johnson. Bud was a graduate of Central High School, class of 1938.
