Franklin “Marc” Marcus Cook Beloved son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend; Marc Cook passed away on April 24, 2018, at the Schneidmiller Hospice House of Hayden, Idaho. He was born on August 3, 1961, in Pensacola, Florida. Marc is the son of Frank and Wilma ( Weatherly) Cook.

In 1978, Marc graduated from High School in Boone, North Carolina. After graduation Marc headed west with Greg Blake. After three days of driving they ended up in the Silver Valley.

Marc began working at the Snake Pit as a cook. Several years later Marc went into business for himself starting Bear Creek Crafters. Marc was known to love the outdoors.

He could be found hunting, fishing, camping and traveling around the mountain sides. Marc was very caring and always made sure the ones around him were taken care of even in his final days. Marc is survived by his beloved wife Susan Dean; three children Adrianne (James) Tolbert, Adam Cook and Jessica Lepo; his parents Frank and Wilma Cook; his brother Byron (Claudia) Cook.

His also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at a later date. One may sign Marc’s online guest book at www.
