Franky was born on December 13, 1966 in Blueville, WV to Franky and Melissa (Puckett) Vincil. He had lived in Dodgeville for the past 10 years where he worked laying concrete.

He was preceded in death by his father, Franky Vincil Sr. Franky is survived by his mother, Patricia Hensley of Phenix City, AL; his life partner of seven years, Pamela Wardell of Dodgeville as well as many friends.
