Boyd Fred Clark, 58, of Lyman, Wy passed away peacefully at his home on May 3, 2019, after suffering complications from a stroke. Fred was born July 6, 1960, in Ogden, Utah to Albion Willard Cark and Josephine Clark. He grew up in Morgan, Utah.

He started working as a young man washing dishes for $0. 25 a day. From there, he had various other jobs.

He worked for Rees Construction for 11 years, Gravel Works for Charlie Byrne, and celebrated when he landed a job at Solvay as a permanent employee for the rest of his working career. On June 4, 1988, he married the love of his life, Bobbi Jo Youngberg. They were blessed with 2 children, Keaton D. and Kaylee Jo.

They made their home in Lyman, Wy where they raised their 2 kids with the help of family and friends. Everyone looked forward to going shooting with Fred, whether for practice, rabbits, deer, or elk. Snowmobiling became a big passion for Fred and Bobbi which led to grass drags.

The summer would have not been complete without a trip to the Gorge. Boating, volleyball, bikinis, beer, tubing, waterskiing, fireworks and the ever famous fashion show. Fred was very proud of his shop where he could mechanic, complete honey do’s, admire and shine his red 1976 corvette, hangout with friends, and a great place for the kids to play.

Fred never met a stranger. This one of a kind man considered you a friend from the time he met you. He waved at everybody wherever he went.

He was a kind loving man that would do anything for anyone. He could never remember names. You were always “hottie” “hun” or “stud”.

If you knew Fred at all and asked how he was doing, “Sky’s The Limit” would always be his reply. He is survived by is loving wife Bobbi Jo Clark, son Keaton D. Clark, daughter Kaylee Jo Lyman (Jesse Lyman), Grandkids Brixton and Addison Lyman, his brothers Devon Clark, Mark Clark (Diane Clark), Billy Clark, sister Utahnia Clark, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins, nieces, and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Albion and Josephine Clark, brothers Bruce Clark, Floyd Clark, Neil Clark, and sisters, Coral Gruber and Sheila Abeyta.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 11:00 am at the First Presbyterian Church in Mountain View, Wy. Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at the church from 6:00pm-8:00pm and on Thursday one hour prior to the funeral services. His final resting place will be at the Fort Bridger Cemetery.

Fred’s family would like to thank their friends and family for all the love and support that they showed. Along with all the phone calls and all the meals that have been brought to them. Also, Bobbi would like to thank Kaylee and her sister Joli, who graciously, humbly, and unselfishly cared for Fred in his last few months of life.
