Freda Louise Hack, age 84 of Leitchfield, passed away Thursday, September 20th 2018 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center. She was born October 7th 1933 in Grayson County, Kentucky, the daughter of Hubert & Gertie Stevenson Decker. She is survived by her husband, Bro.

Billy Hack, two children, Judy Breeden (Larry) & Tim Hack (Sheila), seven grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and three sisters, Vernese Wilson, Edwina Clark, & Jerline Basham. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Billy W. Hack, one sister, Veronica Doolin, and two brothers, Lovoid & Hilman Decker.
